One eye on a heron or kingfisher bird, the other on your plate of locally prepared food and your hand on a glass of craft beer poured straight from our tanks! Our brewery, located in a 17th-century mill, is part of the Château de Miserai estate in the Perche Regional Natural Park, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris.
