Taproom
The post and beam structures are made of douglas fir and spruce logs harvested directly on the estate from standing dead trees. Our taproom is the physical representation of Brasserie du Perche‘s brand and personality. It gives us the ability to engage our community to become "a place where everybody knows your name!" Our beers are piped directly from our brew tanks to the bar!
Room capacity: 130m2, seats 80.
Les Guinguettes étaient des lieux de rassemblement dans les banlieues parisiennes d’antan. Ces cafés-restaurants-salles de danse en plein air étaient très populaires autrefois sur les bords de Seine. Nous visons à poursuivre cette tradition à la Brasserie du Perche en recréant cette atmosphère chaleureuse avec toutefois la possibilité de se replier vers la taproom pendant la saison froide ou en cas de mauvais temps.

Menus
Year-round, during taproom opening hours, we offer a *guinguette*-style menu featuring pizzas, snacks, and wings. Your group can settle into the taproom, or out in the beer garden, next to a firepit to enjoy a convivial atmosphere. Furthermore, our chef, Alain Coste, is on hand, either inside the food hut or, weather permitting, outdoors behind his open grills, to serve his daily specials.
