At the Domaine du Château de Miserai, the historic mill is getting a makeover and unveiling a brand-new experience designed for the curious and for enthusiasts of artisanal alchemy.
A Vibrant Space: Between Vats and Stills
The creative heart of the estate now beats on the ground floor of the Mill: *Le Bar de L’Alchimiste Fêlé* (The Cracked Alchemist’s Bar). This tasting and blending space—decorated like an authentic apothecary’s cabinet from days gone by—is where you can savor our spirits and, of course, our beers. The mill’s bread oven houses the *Labo des Élixirs* (Elixir Lab) and our pilot brewery—the birthplace of our liqueurs, spiced elixirs, and artisanal ferments.
Here, the aromas of roasted grains, candied fruits, and spices tell the story of passionate craftsmanship.
Your Upstairs Accommodation: The Alchemist-Brewer’s Suite
To extend the magic, the upper floor of the Mill houses our themed guest rooms. Designed to offer you a timeless escape, they combine the authentic charm of stone and wood with modern comfort.
A New Approach to Your Stay: To preserve the intimate atmosphere of the property and place the spotlight on our creative and tasting spaces, the Moulin no longer operates as a self-catering gîte but now offers exceptional guest rooms.
