Dominique managed US companies such as Fischer Beverage Int, Star Brand Imports, a subsidiary of Heineken USA and Eurobrew, a beer importing company based in Boston, Mass.

Christian developed the current distribution network which includes more than 70 stores in the Perche region.

Emmanuel, our master brewer, was trained in the top French breweries. He is a graduate of the IFBM in Nancy.

Originally from Chicago USA, Céline is responsible for the taproom as well as lodging on the estate.
