Dominique managed US companies such as Fischer Beverage Int, Star Brand Imports, a subsidiary of Heineken USA and Eurobrew, a beer importing company based in Boston, Mass.

Christian developed the current distribution network which includes more than 70 stores in the Perche region.

Emmanuel, our master brewer, trained in the best French breweries and is a graduate of the IFBM.

Céline leads the taproom team and is also responsible for accommodation on the estate.
